Chip Roth, President
Chip started working at ESCO Communications in the field during high school. After graduating with a business degree from Indiana University, he joined the company full-time in 1980. Reflecting back, Chip shares, “It's amazing to see the changes over the past 40 years, and not just in our company, but in the changes of technology. In 1980, the PC had not even been invented—and yet today there is more computing power in our handheld devices than what we originally had in our first company’s mainframe. With all the advances in technology and communications, we can help achieve spectacular results for our clients and their customers.”

Mike Harmon, Chief Sales & Marketing Officer
Mike has more than 30 years of industry experience, spending the majority of his time in key leadership roles with a leading provider of healthcare IT solutions. Mike is a graduate of Vincennes University with a degree in electronic engineering technology. Mike also attended the University of Phoenix and the University of Michigan School of Business with a focus in business & strategic marketing. Mike joined ESCO Communications in the spring of 2010 to lead sales and marketing efforts for all four offices, unifying messaging and sales strategy across all of ESCO. Mike enjoys working with such a talented and dedicated team that is focused on designing & delivering high quality solutions for our customers.
Mike currently is active in several Industry associations. He is a member of the Systems Integrators Council with AVIXA (Audiovisual & Integrated Experience Association), which is the international trade association representing the audiovisual industry. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Indiana Chapter of SMPS (Society for Marketing Professional Services) as President – Elect. SMPS is the North American organization for marketing and business development professionals in the A/E/C Industries.
Keith Schuetter, Chief Operations Officer
Keith began his career in the electrical industry as an electrical helper in 1986. In 1989, he started leading project teams. Keith has spent the majority of his 20-year career in the electrical industry holding numerous licenses and certifications across the United States. Keith led many large electrical projects at Fed Ex, IU Health and Purdue University. Keith came to ESCO Communications in 2006 bringing his vast experience in project management, providing leadership and project management principles to a growing systems integrations organization.
Keith was a key member of many project teams at ESCO, most notably the Lucas Oil Stadium’s pro audio project as well as the new building additions and concourse remodel of legendary Notre Dame football stadium. Keith was appointed Chief Operating Officer in 2011. Today, Keith leads the Operations, Engineering and IT teams. He is an integral member of ESCO’s leadership team. Keith enjoys working alongside all of the talented and caring ESCO team members. He assists with high stakes projects, oversees talent acquisition, internal systems improvements and leads IT initiatives. Keith’s attention to detail and technical aptitude are key to ESCO’s success in building valuable added solutions for our customers.
Tom Kuhnle, Treasurer, Chief Financial Officer
Tom started at ESCO Communications in 1987, and has been ESCO's Chief Financial Officer for 31 years. Tom received his B.A. degree in Accounting from Anderson University in Anderson, IN. In affiliation to his CPA accreditation, Tom is a member of the American Institute of CPA's as well as a member of the Indiana CPA Society.
When asked about what he enjoys most about working for ESCO Communications, Tom shared, "It comes down to the quality of company at ESCO. We do a great job at looking long-term when it comes to our employees. At the end of the day, we have great people—I feel very blessed."
